We are happy to announce our recent collaboration with Morals at Work, a firm dedicated to supporting companies in fostering integrity in the workplace. We are happy to announce that our collaboration with Hogrefe Uitgevers has moved to the next level. Starting this month we will get in touch with their existing clients to ensure they are maximizing the benefits they can get out of the Hogrefe HR portfolio. Besides NEO-PI-3 and the SDS, their HR portfolio includes a large range of tests to support organizations with the selection and development of people at all levels and across sectors.

September 2023: Neumen Launch Event
On the 7th of September, we hosted our launch event in the A'DAM Tower. We were delighted to welcome so many HR Leaders and Professionals, joining us to gain new insights and fresh perspectives from our keynote speakers and celebrate new beginnings. In between presentations, guests were invited to complete a short visual Big 5 Questionnaire and provide Neumen with "de gouden tip" (their best advice) to grow successfully. Obviously, we will keep these tips to ourselves!
After the formal program, there was plenty of time to continue socializing. The weather gods were with us and drinks and bitterbal were served outside, in the evening sun, with beautiful views across the IJ.
Starting My Journey with Neumen Consulting: A First Step in Talent Assessment Consultancy
I'm excited to share that I have joined Neumen Consulting as a Junior Consultant! This is a thrilling step in my career, and I couldn't be more excited to work with a team that embodies professionalism, innovation, and a people-centric approach.
Neumen Consulting was founded in the summer of 2023 by Dimmy van Zanten and Vincent van de Belt, two leaders with over 50 years of international experience in talent assessment consultancy. Their mission is to create longer, better, and more successful work relationships, and I am honoured to be part of a company with such a compelling vision.
I'm excited to grow alongside Neumen Consulting and contribute to our mission of creating successful work relationships. I look forward to learning from the best in the industry and applying my skills to help our clients make informed people decisions.
